Strawberry and Spinach salad

1 bag of 227 g (8oz) of Florette fresh spinach
1 lb (454 g) fresh strawberries, sliced
125 ml (1/2 cup) sliced almonds


85 ml (1/3 cup) of mayonnaise
85 ml (1/3 cup) of plain Greek yogurt
45 ml (3 tbsp.) of orange juice
15 ml (1 tbsp.) of brown sugar


  1. Combine all the dressing ingredients. Reserve.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, toast the sliced almonds to give them a golden color. Reserve.
  3. To assemble the salads, divide the spinach among 4 bowls. Garnish with sliced strawberries and toasted almonds then add a drizzle of dressing.
