Ingredients
- 2 bags of 227g Florette fresh spinach washed
- 1 bunch of fresh parsley
- 1 bunch of fresh dill
- 8 shallots
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 eggs
- 900 g – feta
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) melted butter
- 8 sheets phyllo paste
- Pepper to taste
Steps

- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Prepare the spinach by blanching with water for 2 to 3 minutes. Cool. Chop parsley, dill, shallots and garlic.
- Crush the feta cheese roughly.
- Mix chopped spinach, herbs, shallots, feta cheese and eggs.
- Add pepper to taste.
- Brush a phyllo sheet of melted butter and fold it into 3.
- Fold the dough to form a triangle.
- Fill with the preparation and fold down the dough again to close the triangle.
- Bake at 350 F for about 30 minutes.
Freezes easily.
