Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 60 mL (1/4 cup) plain yogurt
  • 60 mL (1/4 cup) mayonnaise
  • 1 bag (340g) Florette shredded carrots
  • 60 mL (1/4 cup) raisins
  • To taste, salt and freshly ground pepper

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine garlic, yogurt and mayonnaise together.
  2. Add the grated carrots and raisins, mix well.
  3. To taste, season with salt and pepper.
