Shredded carrot salad

- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 60 mL (1/4 cup) plain yogurt
- 60 mL (1/4 cup) mayonnaise
- 1 bag (340g) Florette shredded carrots
- 60 mL (1/4 cup) raisins
- To taste, salt and freshly ground pepper
- In a bowl, combine garlic, yogurt and mayonnaise together.
- Add the grated carrots and raisins, mix well.
- To taste, season with salt and pepper.
