Crispy coleslaw with pears

2 ripe pears
180 ml (3/4 cup) of balsamic vinaigrette
45 ml (3 tablespoons) of maple syrup
125 ml (1/2 cup) of chopped walnuts
2 bags (2 x 340 g) of Florette coleslaw


  1. Cut the pears into thin slices, without peeling them.
  2. In a salad bowl, mix the balsamic vinaigrette with the maple syrup, pears, walnuts and coleslaw. Salt and pepper.
