Coleslaw and macaroni salad

Ingredients

375 ml (1 1/2 cups) of dry macaroni
180 ml (3/4 cup) of coleslaw vinaigrette
1 bag (340g) Florette coleslaw
250 ml (1 cup) of Florette shredded carrots
2 mini cucumbers, cut into pieces
1/2 small red onion chopped
60 ml (1/4 cup) of chopped fresh parsley

Steps

  1. In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta al dente. Drain. Cool under cold water and drain again.
  2. In a salad bowl, mix the coleslaw vinaigrette with the pasta, coleslaw, carrot, cucumbers, onion and, if desired, parsley. Add salt and pepper.
