Beef stir fry with sweet and savory vegetables

125 ml (1/2 cup) of apricot jelly
45 ml (3 tbsp.) of soy sauce
160 ml (2/3 cup) of beef broth
10 ml (2 tsp.) of cornstarch
450 g (1 lb) of beef sirloin, cut into strips
1 bag (425 g) of Florette Fresh Vegetable Mix for Stew and Stir-Fry


  1. In a bowl, mix the apricot jelly with the soy sauce, broth and cornstarch.
  2. In a skillet, heat a little canola oil over medium heat. Brown the beef strips for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Reserve on a plate.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the vegetable mixture for 4 to 5 minutes.
  4. Pour the apricot jelly mixture into the pan. Bring to a boil.
  5. Put back the beef strips in the skillet and stir. Continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Serve with basmati rice.
