«BANANA MAMA» STYLE SMOOTHIE



Ingredients
- 125 ml (½ cup) frozen bananas
- 125 ml (½ cup) frozen pineapple
- 125 ml (½ cup) Florette shredded carrots
- 187.5 ml (¾ cup) of orange juice
- 62.5 ml (¼ cup) coconut milk
- 125 ml (½ cup) of ice
- Optional: 15 ml (1 tbsp.) grenadine
